  1. Hi

There used to be a booklet for Seniors week.
Now superseded by on line listings…if you can find them and that’s dependent upon one’s I.T. abilities in navigating cyber space.
With Seniors week just 8 weeks away I thought I would google ‘Seniors week dances’ and put any dates in my diary and make any booking I might need to make..
Alas, all I have discerned so far is one at The Melbourne Town Hall on Monday 7th. Bookings needed ???Times ??? Cost ???
Perhaps this post may elicit helpful hints to enable me to ascertain further info ???

    1. Hi Keith,
Thanks for reaching out. Some feedback we received indicated difficulties with event changes, last-minute additions, and cancellations behind the forgoing of the printed booklet.
Many things seem to be confirmed last minute these days! We have been updating this website event listing as soon as we receive the information confirmed by the event organisers.
If you’d like to send me a quick email – [email protected] – I’d be happy to shoot you an email when there are more details locked in for the Town Hall Dance.
Otherwise, keep an eye out for the post to be updated… Enjoy your dance!
      Amy

  2. There used to be a seniors festival booklet. I tried on line but it was impossible

    1. Hi Marie,

I know there is a printed guide this year that’s been distributed across the state. It has 65 pages. I found one in my local library just last week but perhaps with the popularity of the festival they have already run out. You can view the official events program online which lists over 2,000 events here: https://www.seniorsonline.vic.gov.au/festival-calendar

With so much on offer, we know it can be a bit overwhelming to navigate. In our website posts, we are highlighting events of special interest to our readers and contributors, which is just a small portion of all the events on offer. I’d love to hear if you have any ideas or particular events you’d like to see listed here.

I hope you’re able to find something fun to see or do and make the most of all the great deals and events happening during the festival in October.

      Thanks,
      Amy
